Need to Return or Exchange?
No problem! If you’d like to start a FREE EXCHANGE or return an item, simply make sure your six digit order number and zip code are in hand. You'll find your order number on the invoice sent or confirmation email.

All domestic exchanges are FREE, which means you can send your item back and get a new size or style free of charge. (Yes, seriously.) Items purchased are eligible for only one exchange, if it doesn't work out the second time you can return it.
Try our NEW Instant Exchange Feature to ensure an item doesn't go out of stock. You are only charged if you don't return the original item within 14 days. Once returned, you will be refunded for the original item if outside the 14 day window.
Yeah, girl… not only can you shop our website 24/7 online from your couch, your beach towel… your car… or the elliptical, you can always stop in to our Wilmington location to check us out in person!

When will my order ship?
Once your order is successfully submitted, our fabulous team works hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2-3 business days. Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 2 to 3 additional business days!
Need it sooner? We have one and two day shipping options that guarantees your order gets pushed to the top of the stack AND arrives on time! (Sundays excluded)
How much is shipping?
Orders over $100 receive Fast & FREE SHIPPING! Don't worry - if you don't hit that $100 mark your order ships FAST for just $9.95!
Our guaranteed one and two day expedited shipping options are $40-$50 based on UPS rates.
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments, and PayPal. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment online.

How do I apply a promo code at checkout?
At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the text box that says "Promo Code".
Can I use promo codes with the purchase of already discounted items or sale items?
Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items.
Can I use promo codes and/or discounts with gift card purchases?
Discounts and promo codes cannot be used for the purchase of a gift card.
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! All cancellations are subject to a 10% fee to cover the fees associated with the transaction on our end. The team is always trying to beat records, which means they pack and ship orders fast! Once they initially process your order in the warehouse (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to change or cancel your order.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once the delivery man drops off your return at our boutique, your return will be processed within 14 business days. A sparkling, ready-to-be-spent gift card will be issued via email to the address used to place the original order or a refund will be processed on the original form of payment.
Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We know, it’s a bummer. But at least you got a great deal on that amazing item!
I returned an item and have not received my gift card code yet! What do I do?
If you have not received an email with your gift card code within 10 business days after we have received it at the warehouse, please let us know! You can shoot us an email or call us. Keep in mind that sometimes the email may filter into your junk or spam folder!
