FREE EXCHANGES
All domestic exchanges are FREE, which means you can send your item back and get a new size or style free of charge. (Yes girl, we got you!)
Try our NEW Instant Exchange Feature on all domestic orders to ensure an item doesn't go out of stock. (YES, you can shop instantly with your free return credit!) You are only charged if you don't return the original item within 14 days. Once returned. you will be refunded for the original item if outside the 14 day window.

Our return policy is 30 Days from the day your order ships from our warehouse. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a return after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The following items are **FINAL SALE** and are NOT ELIGIBLE for our regular return policy.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If using a label provided through our return portal, the customer agrees to have the cost of the shipping withheld from their refund. We do provide return labels for a $10 deduction off of your return. You are more than welcome to provide your own label if you do not want to use the label we provide!

Refunds are accepted within 30 days from time of shipment. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds/Returns are at a 14 day processing window from the arrival at our warehouse.
Returned items are your responsibility until they are delivered to our warehouse. Please ensure the item(s) you are returning fall within our Return Policy and that they are packaged properly! We ask that you package your order the same way you received it. We are not responsible for lost items, damaged items, or items returned to us by mistake.
Shoes
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box should not be used as a shipping box, it should be packed in a separate box or shipping mailer.
Shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box, or shoes returned without their original shoe box are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from 5% up to 30% depending on original purchase price of the shoes). Additionally, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All sale items are final and cannot be returned. We know, it’s a bummer. But at least you got a great deal on that amazing item! We have a BUY/SELL/TRADE group on Facebook that our customers love to use for extra ECB pieces they may have!
